Registering below secures your spot on our list, but you must also call the hotel directly to book your room and receive the special group rate. Please follow these steps:
- Call the hotel front desk at (830) 990-9202.
- Tell them you are with the 307th Bombardment Group Association to receive the group rate of $129.00/night plus applicable tax.
- If the front desk does not ask, be sure to volunteer that you are with the group — don’t assume they will ask.
- Only 3 ADA Accessible rooms are available in our block. Contact us directly if you have accessibility needs so we can assist with priority assignment.
Rooms may be booked for the Friday & Saturday before and the Thursday–Saturday after the reunion at $189.00/night. Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours prior. No smoking or pets permitted on property.
