Flash Message - Lead Aircraft Down!

Mission orders were to maintain radio silence, save for short range operational exigencies over VHF.   Orders state that after egress each squadron lead was to transmit a bombing after action report to the 13th Bomber Command.  They were accomplished by the lead (or in this case deputy lead) radio operator using Morse Code, encrypted and on briefed HF frequencies monitored by home base.  As best I can determine the format for these radio reports were:

Partial Decoding of above Flash Message after bomb run egress.
