For the past several years, Dr. James Blackwell has served as the 307th Bombardment Group Association’s Korean War Historian. He has researched previously untapped sources to bring the Wing’s Korean War service to light. His work has become a cornerstone of how our members and their families understand this chapter of the 307th’s history, from the first sorties in 1950 through the armistice in 1953.
