Dixon Missing Air Crew Report certified true copy

There exist a few versions of the Dixon Missing Air Crew Report MACR.  The reason for the various versions is complicated but it is primarily due to errors.  The Squadron Commander who would review and release the missing air crew report from the squadron was dead.  The original version #15302 prepared by an unknown misstated the cause of the crash as a collision and was missing a crewmember who accompanied the crew as an aerial observer, 1st Lt Sarles.  An updated copy of #15302 attributed to 1st LT Saul Wieslow, the squadron adjutant and found within the burial report deletes the cause of the crash but is still missing 1st Lt Sarles as a crewmember.

A final corrected consolidated and certified copy found within the burial report and attributed to 1st Lt Clement B. Baldwin, the Squadron Operations Officer fills in the the missing crewmember as well as adding engine serial numbers and other information.  This is the one that is reproduced here.
